PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dross removing device and a dross removing system capable of efficiently removing a dross from molten metal. SOLUTION: A molten metal storage part 5 is formed in a flow passage 3 through which molten metal is sent under pressure, a partition plate 7 for partitioning the molten metal storage part 5 into an upstream side and a downstream side and a passing hole 8 for passing the molten metal is provided on a lower part of the partition plate 7. And also, the dross removing devices are provided on a plurality of flow passages press-fed with the molten metal respectively and a selector valve for selectively making the molten metal flowing to the respective flow passages is provided.
