PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun visor for a vehicle preventing a sun visor main body of the sun visor from falling off from a shaft at a time of inflation of an air bag installed in a dash board and a steering wheel or a side curtain air bag. SOLUTION: The sun visor 8 has the sun visor main body 10 installed in such a manner that the same can freely revolve in relation to a shaft 9 connected to a bracket attached to a ceiling surface of cabin of the vehicle. A bearing member 13 in which the shaft 9 is inserted is provided at an end part of the sun visor main body 10. The bearing member 13 is provided with a locking member 14 getting into contact with a stopper 9e arranged on the stopper 9. The stopper 9e and a key shaped groove which the sun visor main body 10 can pass through the stopper 9e of the locking member 14 at out of rotating usage range of the sun visor main body 10 coincide, and the shaft 9 is inserted into a bearing member 14.
