PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely arrest and restrain a badman such as a hijacker trying to enter from a small entrance at a site by allowing to lock and unlock a door for normal entry and exit only from a cockpit side at an emergency time, and allowing entry and exit only from a small entrance with a small door installed to the door when locked. SOLUTION: This device comprises a door 2, to one part of which a small entrance 5 capable of passing a body 4a of a human being 4, to which a small door 6 for opening/closing the small entrance is mounted, and which is constituted bullet-proof and lockable and unlockable only from a cockpit 8 at the emergency time; and a restraining device 3 capable of arresting and restraining a badman 4 trying to enter the cockpit 8 from a compartment 10 through the small entrance 5 with the small door 6 at the small entrance 5.
