PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet method capable of ejecting a liquid at a high speed without almost generating vibration and, a liquid jet apparatus. SOLUTION: A rotary plate 11 rotated centering around the center C of rotation is provided and a carriage 20 provided with a recording head 25 is movably provided on the rotary plate 11 so that the nozzle of the recording head 25 moves to the center C of rotation from the end part of paper P. The paper P is placed on the rotary plate 11 to be continuously rotated and ink is ejected to the paper P from the nozzle so as to gradually move the recording head 25 to the center C of rotation from the end part to perform printing.
