PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for a game capable of easily deciding an event having a high customer collection effect according to an attribute of a player. SOLUTION: A member management computer counts index data such as an operating rate that is an index of the customer collection effect during an event-holding period according to the player's attribute, and has a history table by events registering the counted result in each the event. When the attribute of the player that is a retrieval target is specified in a retrieval condition setting screen, the computer decides order of the event in order of height of the customer collection effect as a target at the index data corresponding to the specified attribute as a target, and displays and outputs the order of the decided event as a retrieval result screen.
