The invention relates to a non-woven fabric perforating device (1) comprising a perforating roller (4) and a counter roller (5). The perforating roller (4) and counter roller (5) form a gap (9) through which a non-woven fabric which is to be perforated is guided and perforated. The non-woven fabric perforating device (1) comprises a supply device (8) and a discharge device (12) for said non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric supply device (8) is arranged in such a way that the non-woven fabric which is to be perforated (6) is guided onto the counter roller (5) prior to being guided into the gap (9). The discharge device (12) for the non-woven fabric is arranged in such a way that the perforated non-woven fabric (10) remains on the perforating roller (4) after it leaves the gap (9). The invention also relates to a perforating method and a corresponding non-woven fabric.
