<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in a system executing a plurality of services. <P>SOLUTION: A service application executing part 1 notifies the present service identification information in a terminal. A log-in processing part 2 transmits the log-in information indicating that which terminal is used by which operator. A progress notifying part 3 notifies a progress situation of the service execution, and the progress situation is stored in the progress management database 11. An apparatus management part 7 manages the information on an operator and the service of each terminal on the basis of the service identification information and the log-in information. A state monitoring part 4 refers the progress management database 11, and outputs an alarm when a residual amount of any service reaches a specific threshold value. Further a state that which terminal executes which service is output on the basis of the information managed by the apparatus management part 7. A constitution change indicating part 5 notifies the instruction made to any terminal from a manager for the configuration change to a service different from the present one, to the corresponding terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
