<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent efficiency in an exhaust turbine 5 equipped with an exhaust gas turbo supercharger 4 from being locally degraded at such a timing that the exhaust gas amount is small, in an internal combustion engine 1 equipped with the exhaust gas turbo supercharger 4. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust gas turbine 5 is provided with a flow rate control means for accelerating the flow velocity of exhaust gas to a turbine blade wheel in the exhaust gas turbine.
