PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently damp high frequency vibration while avoiding the generation of noise. SOLUTION: A partition plate 17 for partitioning a liquid chamber 28 into a pressure receiving chamber 31 and a balance chamber 32 is provided in curved shape projected onto the pressure receiving chamber 31 side, and constituted to be deformable so that the projecting direction is reversed onto the balance chamber 32 side by a hydraulic boost change in the pressure receiving chamber 31. The partition plate 17 is formed of stainless steel SUS 301 or SUS 304 based on JIS standard, and its thickness is 0.1-1 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
