A composition comprises an organic film-forming or fibre-forming compound and a compound of the formula: where X is COOH, COOMe (Me=alkali metal or N base), COO alkyl, CO alkyl, CONH alkyl, CON(alkyl)2 or CN and Y is phenyl COOH, COOMe (Me as above), COO alkyl or CO alkyl group.
