PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for extending or supplementing the dimension of skirt and trousers becoming narrow to enable re-wearing, for contributing to resolve waste, economy and production time for purchasing a new one and the labor of reforming. SOLUTION: This belt 1 is provided by installing one button,≥4 button holes in left and right of the button and≥4 female engaging tools on its surface and 2 male engaging tools in reverse direction on the reverse surface. The belt 1 is made as one unit together with a waist pouch, and by mounting it at the trouser or skirt, it can be worn without being anxious about line of sight by covering the opening of the fastener with the waist pouch.
