PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery and granular material recovering carrying device for easily coping with a design change according to an installation environment, inexpensively installable even in a relatively narrow installation space in a short construction period, and easy in maintenance-control including running cost. SOLUTION: A gutter-shaped chute 12 is arranged on the lower side of a belt conveyor BC, and a traveling body 20 is reciprocatably arranged along a receiving surface 13a corresponding to a bottom surface of the gutter-shaped chute 12. The traveling body 20 is driven by a wire. The traveling body 20 is provided with a scraping plate 28 switchably arrangeable between an action position for scraping up powdery and granular material on the receiving surface by contacting with the receiving surface 13a and a nonaction position unable to scrape up the powder/grain on the receiving surface by separating from the receiving surface 13a. The scraping plate 28 is operatively connected to the driving wire W, and is arranged in the action position or the nonaction position according to the moving direction of the wire W.
