PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear grip structure for a small surface boat, reducing production costs while applying desired fine processing is applicable. SOLUTION: The rear grip 22 of the small surface boat comprises a U- or H-cross section body 23 having a lightening recessed portion 28 open upward and a cover-shaped grip face portion 24 to be applied downward to the lightening recessed portion. The body and the grip face portion are both resin moldings. The grip face portion 24 is an injection molding and has a nonslip irregularity 36 formed on a portion to be in contact with a palm. It can be a molding using a method for resin molding other than blow molding, such as compression molding or injection molding. Production costs for the rear grip can be reduced. A fine shape can be transferred from the surface of a mold with pressure during injection molding even when the nonslip irregularity is set into fine shape.
