PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket for a suspension member having required strength without unnecessarily increasing its size including that of the suspension member, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The bracket 11 for a sub-frame 1 is provided on the sub-frame 1 so that both axial ends of a bush 21 for a suspension arm 2 abut with each other, and it is fastened thereto with a bolt 30 and a nut 31 inserted therethrough together with the bush 21. The bracket 11 is subjected to plastic deformation machining so that it has the required strength with the hardening of the material itself of at least a supporting portion 11a for improving its limited contact pressure.
