PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use thermotherapy mat capable of improving a treatment effect by mounting a treating electrode so that it can be moved back and forth in a length direction on the mat and moved vertically and effectively pressurizing / compressing a lesion. SOLUTION: The thermotherapy mat is composed of separably formed upper body resting part 10 and lower body resting part 20 and comprises: a guide rail 18 installed parallelly to a chain 15 at both side parts of an installation space part 11, for which recesses and projections corresponding to the spinal cord are formed on an upper surface; a moving body 14 fixed to the chain 15 and moved back and forth transversely at the installation space part 11 by the movement of the chain 15; a fixed plate 13 installed to the moving body 14 movably in a vertical direction, for which traveling rollers 13b traveling on the guide rail 18 are mounted on side faces, respectively; and the treating electrode 12 fixed on the upper surface of the fixed plate 13, moved transversely by the movement of the chain 15 and moved in the vertical direction simultaneously for pressurizing / compressing the lesion.
