The assembly (10) consists of a main conduit (11) with a lengthwise inner duct (16), an inlet pipe (12), and branch pipes (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d). Each branch pipe is welded or brazed and one end to a collar surrounding a hole (21) on the main conduit, and has a connector (18) at the other to receive the end of a fuel injector (26). Each collar is made in one piece with the main conduit wall and has inner (23) and outer (22) sections. The wall can be flattened in the collar zones.
