<p>A new biological rotating filter comprises a rotating cylindrical drum which is perforated to form a fine mesh for filtering and purifying effluent. Inside is a bacterial layer for immersion into the effluent containing a cell. The filter comprises radial compartments to divide the interior of the cylindrical drum containing the bacterial layer and has several defined partitions. The cylinder containing the bacterial layer is not partially immersed. Each compartment according to the rotation of the filter is alternately immersed into the effluent for purification or filtration.</p> |
