The leisure area has a free-standing frame assembly (2-30) serving as the base and housing the sports floor. A useful surface area is defined by strips which can be attached to the frame assembly whereby the frame assembly and strips are formed as modular units. Levelling devices which can be connected to the frame assembly are used to horizontally line up the useful surface area. At least one platform can be mounted on the frame assembly above the useful area.
