The hydraulic system incorporates a first rotary element as first rotor (3), and a second rotary element as stator (2). The rotary elements are at least partly coaxial and turn on a first rotary axis. A third rotary element as second rotor is at least partly coaxial with part of the multi-part stator and rotates on a second axis differing from the first rotary axis.
