The assembly has a casing (2), at least one locking component (170) that can be displaced back and forth between released and closed position and a stop lever (150). The casing may be fixed to one of the components to be connected and the locking component may be inserted in a slot in the other component to be connected, in the released position, while the components to be connected are manoeuvred. The stop lever is moved, relative to the casing by the other component, as the components are further manoeuvred, so that it engages in an undercut in the slot in the other component and locks the two component together. The assembly also has a locking device (182), which prevents displacement of the locking component, if the connected components are accelerated above a certain level or displaced from the rest position, to separate them.
