A building site has a refuelling point for diesel-engined vehicles. The refuelling point has a fuel tank (10) with a dispenser unit (26), a fuel deliver pipe (32) and a grid over a fuel overflow trap (12). The trap has a rain cover (20) which is opened during discharge of fuel to a vehicle. The cover (20) esp. has an aperture (36) for the filling pipe.
