CARRIER CONTROL APPARATUS WITH HIGH EFFICIENCY TO STOP OPERATION OF LIFT WHEN QUANTITY OF CARRYING TARGET DECREASES

PURPOSE: A carrier control apparatus is provided to stop the operation of a lift when the quantity of a carrying target decreases by selecting a lift to use among a plurality of lifts according to the quantity of the carrying target calculated by a calculating unit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lifts perform a carrying between a plurality of floors. A plurality of carrying carts perform a carrying in the floor, installed in each floor. A plurality of relay stockers are loaded/unloaded into/from the lift, installed in each floor. A carrier system includes the plurality of lifts, the plurality of carrying carts and the plurality of relay stockers. A calculating unit calculates the quantity of carrying target in a fabricating process dispersed into the plurality of floors. A determining unit determines a lift to use among the plurality of lifts according to the calculated quantity of the carrying target.
