PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making a pallet using waste vinyls, which minimizes the time needed to manufacture the pallet, excludes the need of sterilization and long-term management of a pallet for exportation and reduces the cost. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a pallet(A) comprising a support and a loading plate on the support comprises the steps of: conveying liquid waste vinyls(10) by an extrusion conveying screw(11), and performing a blow-gas injection in order to supply the liquid waste vinyls(10) to a molding roller(12) having an upper roller for molding the loading plate and a lower roller for molding the support, in order to transfer the liquid waste vinyls(10) to another molding roller having the rollers in the opposite position while cooling the vinyls in water, and to obtain a semi-finished product; supplying the semi-finished product to a pressurized roller(13) in order to closely fix each support; and cutting the semi-finished pallet continuously conveyed from the pressurized roller(13) by a press device(14) into a constant length and forming anti-sliding grooves on the top surface of the loading plate, separating each of pallets and naturally drying the pallets. |
