<p>A halfpipe machine for shaping a halfpipe into a snowy and/or icy slope, the machine comprising an elongated arched frame (1) which is supported on a towing vehicle and which comprises a set of milling units (2) disposed at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the arched frame. According to the invention, the milling unit (2) comprises a shaft (3) perpendicular to the halfpipe surface being machined, as well as a milling cutter (5) supported on the shaft and extending substantially radially, the milling cutter having a curved-shaped machining edge (4) in such a manner that the machining edges of the milling cutters of the consecutive milling units supported on the arched frame together form a curved and evenly curving machining surface substantially corresponding to the curvature of the arched frame.</p> |
