The invention relates to a urinary discharge device for men, consisting of an oval cylinder comprising a longitudinal opening which extends from the upper part thereof towards the base of same and which covers approximately two thirds of the length of said cylinder. The aforementioned opening is disposed in one of the more concave ends of the cylinder and is designed such that the male genital organ can be brought sufficiently close thereto. The upper part of the oval cylinder extends into a half-vault-shaped projecting cap (19) comprising a base (20) which is wider than the thickness of the oval cylinder, such that the cleaning water can flow therein through ducts which are disposed inside the device, the release of said cleaning water being actuated using a timed foot-controlled valve (16). Moreover, said ducts are used to convey the water both from the upper half-vault-shaped cap and from the opening (5) provided for said purpose in the lower part of the device, so as to ensure that all of the inner periphery of the model is covered. The lower part of the cylinder comprises flaps (10) which are disposed below the above-mentioned main opening and which provide access to the different constituent elements of the device, such as the siphon, the relief valve and the anchoring elements. The purpose of the invention is to prevent splashes on the toilet seat which can be caused by the male organ during urination and to avoid the nuisance of cleaning same, while significantly reducing the amount of water used. The inventive device is designed such that it can be used by children and adults and it is particularly suitable for persons for whom the use of standard urinals can prove difficult, e.g. the visually impaired.
