The invention relates to the use of inhibitors of compounds involved in the JUN kinase (JNK) biochemical cellular pathway, these compounds being the ASK1 mitogen activated protein (MAP) kinase, or other MAP kinases involved in said pathway, or the TNFalpha receptors, or the c-JUN protein, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of pathologies such as liposarcomas, or the use of said compounds, or of cells overexpressing ASK1 and/or c-JUN, for the screening of molecules that can be used against said pathologies, or the use of compounds liable to bind with ASK1 or c-JUN for the in vitro diagnosis of said pathologies.
