The invention concerns a laminated composite material reflecting and generating energy by triboelectric effect, comprising: an outer layer (1), and intermediate layer (2), an inner layer (3), the intermediate layer (2) overlapping the outer layer (1) and being peripherally linked to the inner layer (3); and the inner layer (3) being adapted to produce a triboelectric effect by friction on the intermediate layer (2) and micro-separation relative thereto. Said material is characterized in that the intermediate layer (2) contains heat reflecting and generating particles by triboelectric effect. The invention also concerns the manufacture of said laminated composite material, its use for making an article designed for covering at least partly a human or animal body, a laminate as well as a urethane-ether ester-based material comprising aluminium or aluminium alloy particles.
