PURPOSE: A cutting device for automatically cutting the tips and roots of bean sprouts stored in a bean sprouts-cultivating jar and then discharging them is provided, thereby treating bean sprouts in large quantities with a minimum of manpower. CONSTITUTION: A bean sprouts cutting device comprises: a transfer means(30) for transferring bean sprouts-cultivating jar; a cutting means(40) for separating and cutting the tips and roots of bean sprouts stored in the bean sprouts-cultivating jar; a compression means(50) for compressing the tips and roots of bean sprouts to separate moisture and solid ingredients; and a discharge means for discharging the body of bean sprouts. The cutting means comprises a drive pulley(P1) driven by a cutting motor(M2), a rotating driving pulley(P2) axially installed on a lifting base(41) lifted up and down by a control switch(S1) with a control handle(H) and a cutter(42). |
