The door handle comprises the lock opener and handle in one unit so that pressure on the handle rotates the square edge of the lock which then opens. The follower pin is formed in the square hole follower and a further follower is mounted on the rotary axis of the handle. The two followers cause the tumbler to be drawn back and the door opened.
