DATA TERMINAL PROTECTOR

PURPOSE: A data terminal protector is provided to protect a data communication terminal from an over voltage in a convenient manner. CONSTITUTION: A data terminal protector comprises a lead-in connector(11) connected to a data communication network; a lead-out connector(10) connected to a communication terminal of a subscriber terminal; a printed circuit board(13) for arresting the over voltage applied from the lead-in connector, and electrically connecting the lead-in connector and the lead-out connector; and a plate(12) coupled to a case of a data communication terminal in such a manner that the plate is connected to the case of the data communication terminal through a common grounding.
