PURPOSE: A ceiling frame is provided to heighten the height of a ceiling in a room, to install a ceiling frame easily and to reduce the production cost. CONSTITUTION: The ceiling frame comprises: panel forms(10) provided with a long fitting groove(11), partition walls(12) formed on both ends of the fitting groove(11) and a latticed rib(13) to heighten the strength of a panel; and a fixing bar(20) provided with a vertical piece(22) formed by folding up both sides of a metallic piece from the base(21), an inward piece(23) formed by folding up the top of the vertical piece inward and outward, a downward piece(24) formed by folding up the end of the inward piece(23) downward, and filler(30) interposed to the base(21) and the vertical piece(22).
