PURPOSE: Provided is a toothpaste composition which contains a human placenta extract with cell regeneration effect, hurt healing effect, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory effects, and prevents or treats diseases of dental hard tissue, gingivitis and periodontosis, and dental caries. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste composition comprises 0.01-5wt.% of a human placenta extract, 1-90wt.% of abrasives, 0.5-50wt.% of wetting agents, 0.5-3.0wt.% of binders, 0.5-3.0wt.% of foaming agents, 0.5-1.0wt.% of sweeteners, 0.5-1.0wt.% of medicines, 0.05-0.5wt.% of perfumes, 0.05-0.5wt.% of pH stabilizing agents, and 0.5-4.0wt.% of purified water.
