The invention relates to a system for treating sludge and hydrocarbon waste from a refinery. The invention is based on an association of equipment (11) on the same site, said equipment being used to wash earth, sediment or waste containing hydrocarbons (Ph4, Ph5), systems with containers (1, 4, 7) which are heated by winding pipes (2, 5) and which are used to treat, by means of decantation at atmospheric pressure, hydrocarbons soiled by sediments or water (Ph1, Ph2, Ph3) by decantation at atmsospheric pressure and a station for the treatment of volatile organic compounds generated by the heated hydrocarbons (Ph6), by means of a catalytic bed (18) and an air extractor (19). The aim of the invention is to enable the earth, sediment and various waste polluted by the hydrocarbons to be washed and to simultaneously or alternatingly enable hydrocarbons soiled by sediment and water to be treated. |
