<p>A road sweeping attachment for a tractor has a rotating brush (18) inside a housing (14) to pick up debris and throw in into a collecting bin in the housing from where it can be emptied into a skip. A vacuum cleaner with a collecting chamber (24) is mounted on the vehicle, or on a trailer, and has a hose connection (34) to the housing. The vacuum cleaner collects fine dust and light debris, e.g. paper, leaves fine dust etc., and is fitted with a dust filter for expelled air. The vacuum cleaner can be powered from the vehicle electric/hydraulic supply or can have an integral power unit.</p> |
