A system for determining an optical signal output from an optical switch for selectively outputting any one of input optical signals. The system comprises a conversion unit which converts at least two optical signals branched from an optical signal source into optical signals of wavelength bands different from each other. The optical switch outputs any one of at least two optical signals converted into the wavelength bands different from each other and input from the conversion unit.
