TEFLON COATING APPARATUS OF PISTON FOR SHOCK ABSORBER

PURPOSE: A Teflon coating apparatus of the piston for a shock absorber is provided, to coat Teflon on the outer circumference of a piston with improved workability for minimizing the friction and the noise. CONSTITUTION: The Teflon coating apparatus comprises a lift stand(11) having a rail(12) on a bottom plate(10); a cylinder(20) mounted on the lift stand(11); a binding device(100) for binding a piston(1) and Teflon(2); a cone formation device for forming the Teflon combined with the piston to a cone; and an extrusion adhesion device for adhering a cone-shaped Teflon to the projected part of circumference of the piston. A ring-shaped Teflon(2) is coated on a piston(1) having a binding groove on the outer circumference by the rise and fall of the cylinder(20).
