摘要 PURPOSE: A production method and a production device of a forked root in a turbine blade are provided to mill deep slots in short time to make many parallel walls in a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A milling tool(15) having many disk milling cutters(21a,21b,21c,21d,21e) is arranged on a common shaft(22). The milling cutters have many light metal cutter inserts(27,28a,28b,29a,29b,31a,31b). The milling cutters are combined with a forked root(2). The opening of slots in a roughing-in process and the smoothing finishing of walls in a smoothing operation are performed at the same time by the disk milling cutters. Thereby, the processing time is reduced.
