PURPOSE: A memory connector is provided to reduce size and weight of a slider member, and width of the slider member, thereby realizing a small memory connector. CONSTITUTION: A casing part is attached to a recording and playback apparatus, having a slot for inserting a memory card(6). A connector part is contacted with a terminal part of the inserted memory card. A slider member(8) is installed in the casing part, having a cam device(83). A sliding device is installed in the casing part, having a locking pin fixed by the cam device of the slider member. The cam device is formed at the side of the slider member.
