A headphone having no headband, with right and left driver units interconnected by a cord disposed around the back of the neck, and having no possibility of slipping down even when put on the shoulders during non-use and having improved fashionability. A headphone (10) having no headband, with right and left driver units (2L, 2R) interconnected by a cord (4) disposed around the back of the neck, wherein the intermediate portion of the cord (4) is inserted in a sleeve-like band (11a), whose opposite ends are provided with opposite end members (12, 12) for fixing the cord (4) and sleeve-like band (11a), thereby forming a band-like strap (11), the sleeve-like band (11a) having applied thereto a print or ornament (11b) which is pliable and has a bending or the like accommodating property.
