PURPOSE: A selective terminating call restriction service method is provided to perform a selective terminating call restriction to a calling signal of a different subscriber according to a terminating call restriction list registered by a service subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication subscriber registers for a selective termination call restriction service provided by a mobile communication system(S301). When a different subscriber attempts a call to the selective terminating call restriction service-registered subscriber(S302), the system checks whether a phone number of the called subscriber(receiver) corresponding to a call of the different subscriber is the selective terminating call restriction service-registered subscriber(S303). If the called subscriber is the selective terminating call restriction service-registered subscriber, the system checks whether a caller number is on a terminal call restriction list registered by the called subscriber(S304). If the caller number is on the terminal call restriction list, the system performs a terminating call procedure to a different diversion number(S305).
