The correction device is assembled of two flat bars (11, 12), each bent in an obtuse angle (20) at its outer end (17, 18) and telescopically joined with two sleeves (14). The sleeves (14) are of a rectangular cross section in order to avoid a radial motion and can be secured at the appropriate spot with clamping screws (16). A third sleeve (22) is positioned at the bent front end (18) of the device and provided with a circular opening (27, 29) engaging with a ball element attached to the sole of the shoe (27, 29) when both parts are joined.
