摘要 PURPOSE: A control device of an engine and a belt type continuously variable transmission is provided to improve the durability of the belt by securing the discharge amount of the oil pump at a stop and by restricting slip of the belt with the pulley clamping pressure in starting in case of lowering line pressure from infiltration of dust into the hydraulic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A control device of an engine(18) and a belt type continuously variable transmission(3) is composed of an engine control unit(19) controlling operation of the engine; an oil pump(8) driven by the engine; the belt type continuously variable transmission having a belt(34) transmitting rotation of a primary pulley driven by rotation of the engine to a secondary pulley, and shifting by modifying the rate of the primary pulley and the secondary pulley according to hydraulic pressure; an original pressure supply unit supplying hydraulic pressure from the oil pump for controlling the pulley rate; a transmission operator supplying control pressure to each pulley by regulating original pressure; and a transmission control unit outputting the control command to the transmission operator. A belt slip detecting unit senses slip between the belt and the primary pulley or the secondary pulley in accelerating the vehicle, and the transmission control unit outputs the signal for increasing engine idle rpm at a stop to the engine control unit in sensing slip of the belt.
