<p>By using a cell-free protein synthesis solution containing an extract of an extract of devacuolated protoplasts which is prepared by removing vacuoles from cultured plant cell-origin protoplasts and contains intracellular membrane components such as endoplasmic reticulums and Golgi bodies, a post-transcriptional modificaiton, a secretion signal processing, etc. can be reproduced in vitro. Thus, a cell-free protein synthesis solution containing intracellular membrane components enabling post-transcriptional modification, etc., which can be hardly carried out in the existing cell-free protein synthesis systems, a process for producing the same and a method of using the same can be obtained.</p> |
