HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY CIRCULATED CONTAINER CRANE

PURPOSE: A horizontally and vertically circulated container crane is provided to shorten loading and unloading time by carrying containers to the position closest to a loading place and to maximize the efficiency of loading and unloading works by reducing the cost and manpower used in loading and unloading cargos by forming a recessed part mounted with a chain belt to a main tower post and a vertical transferring part engaged with the recessed part to vertically ascend and descend to a spreader. CONSTITUTION: A horizontally and vertically circulated container crane comprises a plurality of booms(20) supported by a supporting bar(21) above two pairs of main tower posts(10,10') formed with a connecting bar in the middle end; a plurality of roller spreaders(30) mounted to the boom, divided into upper and lower spreaders(31,31'), and connected with a head block(50) and a trolley(60); the connecting bar formed into a two-stage boom(20'); a recessed part(12) arranged in the main tower post between the two- and three-stage booms; a chain belt(70) mounted with sprockets(71,71') at both ends of the recessed part; and an automatic folding-type vertical transferring part(80) composed of a shaft(83), a cylinder(82), and an ascending and descending wheel(81) descending with being engaged with the chain belt and formed at both sides of the upper spreader to horizontally and vertically circulate the spreader.
