PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing sepatie for form is provided to improve working efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost by continuously performing forging process and shaping and cutting process in a single line, thereby suppressing waste of time and manpower through reduction of the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a workpiece transferring structure(20) for transferring a round bar shaped workpiece injected from a workpiece injecting unit(10) to forging process part(40) and transferring a semi-processed workpiece processed in the forging process part to the next shaping and cutting process part(50) at the same time; a workpiece stationary stand(30) positioned at the lower side of an injection guide(12) and equipped with a plurality of workpiece supporting grooves(31); a forging process part(40) comprising die main body(41) and workpiece supporting groove to process a semi-processed workpiece by forming a flat board part (P') on a part of workpiece (P) transferred through the workpiece transferring structure; and a shaping and cutting process part(50) comprising die main body(51) and workpiece supporting groove(52) so as to form pin hole and cut grooves on the flat board part of the semi-processed workpiece transferred from the forging process part so that the cut grooves are oppositely directed to each other and cut an intermediate part of the semi-processed workpiece so that it is divided into two completed sepatie. |
