摘要 PURPOSE: An arrangement method for deciding spectrum reflection of a measured object is provided to simplify the measuring arrangement firmly and to prevent the gap from the ray path factor for parallel movement, rotation and relative emission by forming the dispersive factor in the ray range from the emitting source and the resolution range of the spectrum and a receiver in the receiving range for a spectrograph. CONSTITUTION: A dispersive factor(6) is formed in a ray range from an emitting source(1) as a measuring ray beam and a relative ray beam(8,9) and a different resolution range, and a receiver(7) is formed in the receiving range for a spectrograph. A measured object(2) is controlled by the surface area reflected for emitting within the infrared ray range. The different ray ranges are started from the common emitting range, and the measuring ray beam and the relative ray beam are emitted in parallel after reflecting the measuring ray on the object.
