When user application the quality of service and the authorization to the IDC, and supply traffic selective information, IDC will store the information, and transmit it to the RASIUS SERVER. The RASIUS SERVER will authentication the user, at the same time it will determine and supply QoS policy of the user based on user's attribute and application's traffic type. When interact the user information with the convergence equipment, it will transmit the QoS policy configuration to the convergence equipment, convergence equipment will determine corresponding QoS policy configuration, and then convergence equipment reconfigure the corresponding QoS policy configuration of the access layer. At last, prefabricate QoS policy will be used for the user traffic, Said - scheme is able to combined the QoS management with the user management and the traffic management, it will improve the quality and the efficiency of the network service.
