PURPOSE: A pedestrian protection traffic signal system using a radio frequency is provided to induce vehicles to go slowly at a road crossing efficiently and thus to protects pedestrians efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A radio frequency transmitter apparatus RFS 1(70) and RFS 2(80) part is connected to a power line of a pedestrian traffic signal lamp(Red, Green) on a road crossing of a road for walking safety of a pedestrian. RFR 1(90) and RFR 2(100) part receives the transmitted radio frequency. A microprocessor MCU(120) part controls a high luminance LED by judging the received radio frequency. And a LED display part(30) emits a high luminance light which maximizes the safety of the pedestrian and strengthens caution of a driver on the road crossing. |
