PURPOSE: A vehicle is provided to allow the vehicle battery to be charged in a real time basis by using the electrical energy and compressed air generated from the rotating force of the vehicle wheels. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle comprises a battery(1) electrically connected to a charger(600); a transformer(3) electrically connected to the output of the battery; an electrically driven motor(6) electrically connected to the output of the transformer, and which drives front wheels of the vehicle by the current supplied from the transformer; an air motor for driving the vehicle by the compressed air generated from the compressors mounted in generators; a transmission mechanically connected to the electrically driven motor and the air motor; generators mechanically connected to front and rear wheels of the vehicle; a junction box(21) electrically connected to the generators, and which charges the battery by the electrical energy generated from the generators; a conduit for conveying the compressed air generated from the air compressors to a compressed air storing tank; a speed control unit(4) for controlling the rotating frequency of the electrically driven motor by controlling the current of the transformer; a cutoff switch(5) for preventing a power consumption by cutting off the power of the power output of the transformer; and a brake pedal(91) electrically connected to the cutoff switch.
