摘要 PURPOSE: A system for controlling injection quantity of pulverized coal is provided which sets a set value of the injection quantity of pulverized coal in realtime according to quantity of charging materials charged into blast furnace, thereby controlling the injection quantity of pulverized coal. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a pulverized coal injection quantity operation part(100) for calculating quantity of pulverized coal actually injected into blast furnace(10) by detecting weight of pulverized coal in feed hopper(30) in realtime; a pulverized coal injection quantity setting part(200) for operating a pulverized coal injection quantity set value according to quantities of charging materials charged into the blast furnace; and a pulverized coal injection quantity control part(300) for controlling quantity of pulverized coal injected into the blast furnace by operating the pulverized coal injection quantity set value of the pulverized coal injection quantity setting part and the actual pulverized coal injection quantity of the pulverized coal injection quantity operation part, thereby controlling pressure in the feed hopper, wherein the pulverized coal injection quantity setting part comprises charging material weight summer(210), previous charging charge number setter(220), calculator(230) for calculating average charging time per charge, setter(240) for setting pulverized coal injection quantity per ton, Fe content displayer(250) for displaying Fe content in ore, and pulverized coal injection quantity setting operator(260).
